Chefurka Consulting International Limited (CCI) specializes in program and facility planning in institutional sectors, particularly acute care, primary care, mental health, services for the elderly, special-needs correctional and social services.
CCI provides planning advice and recommendations that allow an organization's future programs and services to be translated into the built form by architects, to be assessed by its financial analysts to determine future operating costs and financial viability and to be approved by its senior management team and Board of Directors as an agreed future direction. CCI also participates with the client in negotiations with funding/regulatory authorities to assist in obtaining approvals.
Planning services include feasibility studies, program and service planning, functional and facilities programming, functional/facilities assessments, funding proposals and opera-tional cost impact studies for service and facility initiatives, among others.
